You may recall that in May of 2010, a couple of high school students here in the bay area were sent home from school for wearing clothes that display the American flag on Cinco de Mayo.  Well, they went to court over it and the district judge recently ruled in favor of the school.  In my latest podcast, I discuss the latest outrage of public schools banning the American flag in the name of multiculturalism and getting away with it.
